Dinner Parties
Dinner parties are charged at a rate (on average) of $375 for the evening plus the cost of groceries. Parties are 4 course meals consisting of an appetizer, soup or salad, main course with side dish and dessert. Maximum of 10 people served. More then ten may be accommodated, with the hiring of an additional server/helper, see below)

Dinner party service includes menu development (you may choose from my personal chef menu, or I can do some research, based on your suggestions and come up with a delicious menu), grocery shopping, preparation, and plating of all courses (you will need to serve your guests and clear). Servers can be hired if you like for $20/hour each additional person hired. SheCooks uses all of my own pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. I also clean and wipe down the entire kitchen work, rinse all the dishes and load the dishwasherable items. All you need to be responsible for is setting up the dining room to your liking and the washing and storing of your china, crystal and silver. A 50% deposit is requested. Balance due the day of the event.

Dinner Idea:

First Course- Sauteed Mussels
Tender mussels sauteed in olive oil in a light white wine sauce

Salad Course
Mixed greens with pecans, feta cheese and a lovely balsamic vinaigrette

Main Course
Pancetta and Herb Roast Pork with Fig Sauce
Carmelized Onion and Goat Cheese Potato Gratin
Roasted Asparagus

Dessert
Chocolate Ravioli with Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce
